Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the products are defective, so please make sure to double check the sizing guide for each apparel product that you order. If any of the items you purchased are damaged or misprinted, get in touch with us at hello@acadelle.com and we will look into it. Please note that we will require a picture of the defective item in order to address the issue with our manufacturer.
As each and every product is printed after you place the order, the processing times tend to vary between 2 and 5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all the relevant shipping information.
